Common mistakes that delay your MISA license
The most frequent delay we see is unattested documents. Your home country's commercial registration and financial statements need proper attestation by the Saudi embassy before submission, and this step is easy to underestimate on time.
A second common issue is applying under the wrong license category, which we've covered separately, since each category has its own document and capital requirements.
Third, incomplete shareholder information causes back-and-forth. If any partner already holds a previous MISA license, this needs to be disclosed clearly at the application stage, not discovered later.
Preparing complete, correctly attested documents before submission is by far the biggest time-saver. If you'd like a document checklist tailored to your situation, message us on WhatsApp.
