Opening a corporate bank account in Saudi Arabia

Red Dragon Office

Once your company holds a MISA investment license and a Commercial Registration, the next practical step is opening a corporate bank account. Without one, you cannot receive capital, pay staff, or issue invoices locally.

Saudi banks typically require your CR, your MISA license, your articles of association, and identification for the authorized signatories. Some banks also request a short interview with the company's local representative.

Processing time varies by bank, but preparing complete and properly attested documents in advance is the single biggest factor in speeding things up.

We coordinate directly with banks on behalf of our clients to reduce back-and-forth and avoid common document rejections. If you're planning your setup, reach out to us on WhatsApp.
